Experienced RC and Diamond drillers for expanding programs across Queensland, Victoria and the Northern Territory. Requires RC or Diamond drilling experience, First Aid & CPR, Certificate III in Drilling Operations, full Australian working rights; HR/MC licence preferred. - **Driller's Assistant (Experienced)** — Australia wide, 2:1 or 2:2 roster, FIFO, full time. Paid travel, accommodation and meals on swing. Requires HR driver's licence, White Card, current First Aid & CPR, willingness to work in remote locations. Coal Board and MM&Q medicals highly regarded but not required. - **Exploration Supervisor – Diamond/RC** — Australia & NZ, full time. Leads and develops field crews. Requires Certificate IV in Drilling Operations (or equivalent), S123/G2/G8/G9 competencies, HR licence or higher, First Aid, White Card, prior supervisory experience. - **Drill Rig Fitter** — Australia wide, 2:2 FIFO, full time. Service, maintain and repair rigs and mobile plant, with workshop rebuilds at Chevallum. Requires Cert III Engineering (Mechanical), 5+ years drill fitting, hydraulics and 12/24v electrical, First Aid + White Card. Heavy vehicle licence highly regarded. - **Finance Manager – Financial Control & Reporting** — Chevallum QLD, office-based, full time. Owns the day-to-day finance function with the CEO: reporting, cashflow, controls, project profitability. Requires CA/CPA or equivalent, project/job costing, advanced Excel. - **General expression of interest** — for experienced people who don't match a listed role; considered when programs ramp up. Note on location: listed field roles are FIFO/Australia-wide.
